Share history and upload records (IEPs, therapy reports, and prior medical documentation) in the secure parent portal.

Collaborative Visit
We review concerns, assess needs, and begin a team-based plan that bridges home, school, and medical support.
Practice Policies & Commitment
Comprehensive evaluations require substantial pre-visit physician record review. Once review has begun, evaluation-related fees are non-refundable.
This policy supports a mutual partnership and allows us to limit active evaluations so each child receives focused, high-quality attention.
